Esta es la respuesta de Rosalind Dixon al simposio sobre la interacción de su teoría de control judicial responsivo con las discusiones relevantes de los países hispanohablantes, dando cuenta de los retos y oportunidades que ofrece el tiempo de intervención judicial que allí se plantea. El control judicial responsivo presenta un marco de discusión sobre temas de importancia como el cambio climático, la desigualdad y el diseño institucional. Con esta respuesta la profesora Dixon da pie a mayor discusión.
