The Garzón Cases: The Need to Distinguish
Information in the mass media on the Garzón cases has been singularized by a not always disinterested confusion as to the subject matter of the three lawsuits. In the author’s opinion, this makes it particularly important to carefully individualize them and underline the specifics of each one of the court proceedings.
