El privilegio conceptual de los participantes en la teoría de Joseph Raz
Keywords:
Participants, concept of law, methodology, theory of law, internal point of viewAbstract
An analysis of Joseph Raz's writings makes possible to conclude that he maintains the thesis that says that in elucidating the concept of law, the point of view of the participants had conceptual priority. For Raz then, not only is the existence of participants necessary for the existence of law, but the manner in which they understand the law is the means of access to our understanding of its nature. In this paper my purpose is to assess the scope of this thesis in his theory of law.
