Abstract

Sucintamente trataré tres amplias cuestiones. ¿Qué son los derechos humanos? ¿De qué forma son generalmente protegidos? ¿Cuáles son algunas de las afinidades y diferencias entre la manera cómo protegen los derechos humanos Estados Unidos y la forma en que desempeñan la misma tarea las naciones europeas?
