Abstract

Quiero comenzar esta nota crítica felicitando a Juan Antonio por el artículo que comento. Se trata del texto “Derecho Subjetivo e interés jurídico en la Jurisprudencia mexicana” que fue publicado en los Cuadernos de Investigación del Instituto de la Judicatura Federal en el 2003.
