Abstract

Ha escrito Bobbio en sus memorias: “El libro con el cual he ganado el concurso de cátedra en el año 1938 [mientras ejercía la docencia en la Universidad de Camerino, que había iniciado en 1935 a los 26 años], titulado la Analogia nella logica del diritto, se refiere a la práctica de colmar las lagunas del derecho con normas pertinentes para casos similares.
