Abstract

Puede definirse al acto jurisdiccional como la manifestación exterior y unilateral de la voluntad del Estado, realizada con la intención de producir consecuencias jurídicas, cuyo sentido constituye una norma individualizada, manifestación que se produce con motivo de una controversia de derecho que se somete a la decisión de aquél.
