Abstract

Desde hace un tiempo Luigi Ferrajoli viene sosteniendo que, en un régimen de constitución rígida, la ciencia jurídica es una ciencia normativa1: no ya en el sentido (obvio y no problemático) de que tiene que ver con normas.
