Abstract

En la discusión actual en torno al problema de la justicia se ha marginado la propuesta de Aristóteles. Ello se explica por diversas razones; quizá, la principal consiste en haber considerado que las diferencias entre la situación imperante en las sociedades modernas y el contexto social en el que surge dicha propuesta son tan grandes que impiden utilizarla en nuestros días.
