Abstract

Tal vez el ideal moderno de democracia constitucional tenga su “mejor símbolo” en la figura del “juez imparcial” (Zakaria 1997: 27). En buena medida, la responsabilidad por la legalidad democrático-liberal descansa en los hombros de administradores imparciales y profesionales de la ley.
