Abstract

En nuestro sistema constitucional de tipo presidencialista, siguiendo la tradición de la constitución de los Estados Unidos, que ha sido el modelo seguido por el constituyente originario, el departamento judicial conforma uno de los tres poderes en que se divide el gobierno federal.
