Estado de derecho y cultura jurídica en México
Abstract
El presente artículo busca explicar el contexto y las causas de por qué en México no se ha logrado consolidar un Estado de derecho. Asímismo, tras identificar el elemento básico del Estado de derecho y con base en ello, se apunta el sentido en que se debe buscar el desarrollo del derecho en México para poder consolidarlo.
