Abstract
La sistemática utilizada en la redacción del capítulo relativo a las “Garantías individuales” en la Constitución de 1917 no parece ser la más apropiada y, a partir de las múltiples reformas que han tenido los primeros 29 artículos de la Carta Magna, su contenido se ha ido ensanchando de tal forma que hoy en día resulta prácticamente incomprensible.
