Contemporary Judicial Virtue Ethics before the Case of the Colombian Armed Conflict
In this work, I want to draw attention to a relevant problem not addressed by contemporary ethics of judicial virtues: the action of judges in areas of armed conflict in Colombia. I will offer several examples. In addition, I will develop the advantages and disadvantages of six theoretical alternatives on the problem. Finally, I will attempt to defend that practical wisdom is an adequate solution to solve the formulated problem.
