Abstract

Mi trabajo de investigación ha comenzado recientemente al integrarme en el Departamento de Filosofía del Derecho que dirige Manuel Atienza en la Universidad de Alicante. Anteriormente, desde 1990, mi aproximación a la filosofía del derecho había tenido un carácter meramente formativo y sólo desde hace dos años he comenzado a trabajar en una tesis doctoral sobre el concepto de derecho subjetivo.
