Criticism of the Ferrajoli´s Garantist Constitutionalism as a Political Project
Luigi Ferrajoli does not present his theory of guarantee, only as a normative model, but also as a political project. The objective of this article is to make a critique of the guarantist constitutionalism as a political project, developing some of the limitations and problems that it presents in order to be able to conform, on its own, a valid project to guarantee dignity in the societies of the coming decades. As we will point out, in the societies of the second half of the 21st century, this can only be an insufficient political program by itself, if it is not combined with other currents such as legal pluralism and autonomism.
