Abstract

En lo que sigue me gustaría proponer un programa de formación que, tendencialmente, permita articular los aspectos teóricos de la enseñanza del derecho en la escuela judicial, sobre la base de la ponderación de los valores que se encuentran consagrados en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
