Abstract

Tres concepciones del ideal de la democracia predominan en el pensamiento contemporáneo. La primera conceptualiza la democracia como un sistema para conferir autoridad a la voluntad pública; la segunda, como un sistema para conferir autoridad al juicio público; la tercera, como un sistema para conferir autoridad a la evaluación pública.
