Abstract

En su fascinante libro The European Miracle, Eric Lionel Jones, al igual que otros importantes estudiosos antes y después que él, plantea la cuestión de por qué sólo Europa logró la hazaña de llevar a cabo un curso de desarrollo que finalmente condujo a un pujante capitalismo, al Estado de derecho y a la democracia.
