"Judicial Review is Too Costly for Democracy": Interview to Jeremy Waldron
On the occasion of his recent visit to Colombia, invited by the Constitu-tional Court and Universidad de La Sabana, Professors Leonardo García Jaramillo and Vicente F. Benítez-R. interviewed Professor Jeremy Wal-dron. Waldron was Chichele Professor at Oxford University, disciple and arguer of Ronald Dworkin, and one of the most influential scholars in con-temporary debates in political theory and constitutional law. Currenlty, Jeremy Waldron is University Professor of New York University (NYU). The translation of the interview into Spanish was also made by Leonardo García Jaramillo and Vicente F. Benítez-R.
