Usted es uno de los pocos filósofos mexicanos del Derecho que ha diseñado un marco conceptual propio a partir de la teoría conductista skinneriana, la sociología weberiana, la lógica jurídica, la semántica y la pragmática, la obra kelseniana y otros dispositivos más para crear un tejido categorial innovador, creativo y funcional. ¿Cuál es la génesis, el origen de tan peculiar aportación?
