Abstract
La relación entre el tiempo y el derecho resulta, sin duda, inquietante. Mi búsqueda para justificar y fundar, desde el punto de vista jurídico, los derechos de las generaciones futuras, me fue llevando a dimensiones, aunque conocidas, poco exploradas por el Derecho.
