Abstract

Sin temor a la simplificación, pienso que la filosofía del derecho contemporánea en México, digamos desde mediados de los cuarenta, ha girado en torno a cuatro figuras, dos de ellas originales y reconocidas internacionalmente, me refiero a Luis Recaséns Siches y a Eduardo García Máynez; y las otras dos, brillantes y más locales, Guillermo Héctor Rodríguez y Rafael Preciado Hernández.
