Hans Kelsen: Beyond Purity. An Introduction
Precisely because it is out of fashion, we should return to Kelsen –this is the grounding belief of the contributions published here by Bernardo Sordi, Sara Lagi and Carlos M. Herrera. To stress the eccentricity of Kelsen's thought vis-à-vis the contemporary jurisprudential mainstream, and therefore its perennial relevance, these authors discuss his thinking from an unusual angle –a perspective beyond purity.
